Main goals of the Training and Communication area are the human resources valorisation and the communication flows enhancement, matching knowledge and method, experience and innovation, multilevel and specialized skills.

This area design and manage formative activities both financed and catalogued, focussing on the requirements of labour market within and without organisations. The activities are supported by high expertise of national and international professors and teachers. The professionalism and transparency of the processes are assured by an accurate system of evaluation and monitoring.

The team elaborate communication plans for public and private organizations, improving the effects of the actions realized by the beneficiary of the area activity.

The activities that are carried out can be designed on specific Public Administration and SME requirements, through an accurate system of identification of training needs; this enables to supply trainig on specific and high quality requirements, setting the organisation on a more competitive level in the wide European market.

The area projects are of national importance and implement innovating systems for the evaluation of the necessary knowledge necessary for the elaboration and the development of information and communication systems, which are whithin and without the organisations.
