Training course in inter-agency cooperation - Rome, December 1st-3rd 2015

From the 1st to the 3rd December 2015 FORMIT is organizing in Rome (Italy) the second Training Course for Iraqi, Jordanian and Lebanese stakeholders. Included in the Work Package 1 "Knowledge development and transfer of best practice on inter-agency CBRN response", this course aims to present the European and Italian experience in CBRN response and, specifically, in interagency cooperation (http://www.cbrn-project34.eu/).

The course, addressed to directors/decision makers of Iraqi, Jordanian and Lebanese public institutions (ministries, first respondents, law enforcement authorities) will be structured in theoretical lessons, table top exercises and educational visits.

The educational visits for the Middle East delegations will take place in:

  • Firefighters’ School of Operational Training (Montelibretti) (December 1st 2015)
  • “De Bernardi” Air force base (Pratica di Mare) (December 2nd 2015)
  • 7° Reggimento difesa NBC "Cremona" (Civitavecchia) (December 3rd 2015)

During all the training course activities, communication and cooperation issues during the first response to CBRN events will be highlighted.
