Centre of Competence for innovation, technology transfer and enterprise development (Naples)

Since the beginning of the ’90s in Southern Italy, FORMIT Foundation established in Naples the Centre of Competence for innovation, technology transfer and enterprise development in order to increase and further exploit its ten-year experience and also to develop relationships with Universities and Research Organisations in the Campania Region.

FORMIT office in Naples conducts all the typical activities of the Foundation linked to innovation and technology transfer, to monitoring and evaluation of programs and initiatives based both on the improvement and on the development of advanced technologies at national and international level, increasing and improving the Foundation’s know-how.

Methodologies for evaluating both the industrial and socio-economical impact of technological innovation, for evaluating socio-economic scenarios of advanced technologies development and for assessing main trends.

Recently FORMIT started collaborative relationships with Research Organisations at national level to support both the spreading and the economic evaluation of results related to specific research projects, also through the creation of enterprises spin-off.
